Nou Secco from Piwi Kollektiv
The Piwi Collective aims to promote agricultural change in viticulture and supports producers in restructuring their vineyards to grow fungus-resistant grape varieties, which reduce the use of pesticides by 80%. The collective acts as a winery and contracts grape producers.
For the Nou Secco, the Piwi grapes (Johanniter, Sauvignac, Cabernet Blanc & Muscaris) are carefully harvested and gently processed. Fermentation takes place in tanks, resulting in a fresh, lively, and finely sparkling Secco. Dry, with notes of peach and salted caramel, accompanied by a clear, animating freshness - uncomplicated, modern, and perfect for any occasion.
