The Passione from Belmilan is a dry Merlot with plenty of fruit and a full-bodied character. Juicy cherry and red fruits meet subtle notes of Damask rose and violet, accompanied by spicy nuances of coffee and licorice, along with a light salinity. The 8–10-day maceration and aging in stainless steel tanks produce a red wine full of character, that pairs particularly well with spicy meat dishes, pasta al ragù, or grilled food.
