The Raclette Platter contains:

high-quality organic raclette and a great selection of other cheeses that melt brilliantly, apple pear chutney

2kg raclette cheese, depending on the side dishes, for 10-15 people


On request, we can also supply delicious side dishes for the raclette. Included are:

Baked oven triplets, sourdough baguette, hummus, cornichons, Borettane onions, pickled artichokes, baby corn, kalamata olives.

Depending on the portion size, for 10 people as a meal or for up to 20 people as an appetizer/snack. We would be happy to advise you on what quantities we would recommend for your event.

All platters are freshly prepared on the day you order and we recommend eating them that day. Keep refrigerated until serving. Store in the refrigerator and remove one hour before serving to allow the cheese to come to room temperature.

Products may vary depending on season and availability. The plates are delivered on a disposable plate in a box, are easy to remove and ready to eat. The box measures 43 × 31 × 8 cm and fits in standard refrigerators. Bamboo tongs and wooden cutlery for serving are included.
