Our platters are freshly prepared on the day you order and we recommend eating them that day. Store at in the fridge until serving.

The products may vary depending on the season and availability. The salads are delivered on a disposable platter or in individual paper cups inside a cardboard box, making them easy to remove and ready to eat. The box measures 43 × 31 × 8 cm and fits in most standard refrigerators. Bamboo tongs for serving are included with the platter option.
